If you’re only interested in a specific subject I’m writing about and only want to receive those posts in your RSS reader this is the way to do it:

1. Go to my blog’s main page.
2. Click the category you’re interested in in the right side

Then it differs a bit by browser:

• Opera, Firefox: Click the RSS icon in the top right of the address bar and choose the feed with the category name in it’s description.
• Internet Explorer (9): press alt, tools > feed discovery > choose the feed with the category name in it’s description
• Chrome: Chrome seems to have hidden the option to choose an rss feed so you’ll have to browse the source for the url…
  Browse the source, press ctrl+f and type in “rss”, the url after third result is the one you want.
